One Source of Workplace Stress
If you have seen my September Psychology Today article, Can Workplace Stress Make You Fat?, then you already know about some of the health risks and benefits of low and high career well-being.

Then last week, The Washington Post published an article titled Is Your Boss Making You Sick?, and while it’s important to identify all the effects a boss can have one one’s health, switching jobs is easier said than done.

So what are the most common sources of workplace stress? Which ones should we work on? This week, I’d like to introduce an info graphic on the topic, and encourage you to share it with others. The better known these stats are, the more we can all take charge and make a difference.
